Why isn't the wick already cut?
If you've purchased from our 'Flaming Crap Collection' we have left the wicks untrimmed to secure the top, simply cut to 5mm before lighting.
What wax do you use?
We use vegan kerasoy wax for every candle we make. All dyes and colourants used are also vegan.
Are your products sustainable?
We try to make sure all products and raw materials used are from sustainable sources. All labels are recycled paper and once used our candle tins can either be reused or recycled.
Why don't you like Tories?
We believe in a fair system for all, with equal rights and opportunities for every segment of society. Unfortunately, we don't believe our current government share these views.
How long will my candle burn for?
All our candles should have up to 30 hours of burn time.
Will the tins get hot?
Our tins can get warm when the candle is lit, especially our 'Crafty Buggers', so please be careful.
What happens if the wick dislodges?
All of our wicks are secured with wick stickers and vegan glue, and shouldn't dislodge. However, if this does occur, simply hold the wick down with a skewer whilst wax is still in liquid form.
We're constantly striving to improve our products, and feedback on any teething problems is welcome.
How will my item be shipped?
All orders will be sent tracked with the aim of arrival in 3-5 business days. Postage will be on a Saturday, if we can post any sooner in the week we will let you know.
We do ship internationally, the appropriate cost for each country will populate on checkout.
Can I pick up my item up instead?
if you're in or around Leeds let us know via email or Instagram DM and you could collect your products free of charge, use the code 'LEEDSLEEDSLEEDS' at checkout to remove shipping costs.
Can I return my product?
All apparell is made to order so is therefore none refundable or exchangeable. Please ensure you check the size guide below before ordering:

Do you have a return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your chosen product and wish to return for a refund then you must:-

Please note that all products must be securely packaged when returning, and will only be refunded if in a re-sellable condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited.
Customers are responsible for return postage. We do suggest for your own peace of mind that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we are unable to refund goods not received by this office. It is the Customers responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail
On receipt and after inspection of the product we will happily issue a refund leaving you free to re-order a different product. Please note that if payment was made by Credit/Debit card then the refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase
All refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of products.
